2.1 Booking and Scheduling

Clients may book sessions via our site. Session dates are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Changes to a booking must be requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date.

2.2 Refund and Rescheduling Policy for Services

Clients may reschedule a session once with no additional charge if the request is made at least 14 days before the session. Further changes may incur administrative fees. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the session are eligible for a full refund, to be returned via the original method within 30 days of approval. Due to the personalized nature and preparatory work involved, cancellations within 14 days of a session are non-refundable. This policy ensures fair allocation of our resources and availability.

3. Digital Products

We provide digital guides, recorded courses, and e-materials designed to support an economic mindset with spiritual alignment.

3.1 Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or secure access link upon purchase confirmation.

3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Because digital content is delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once access has been granted. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team via our support form. Verified defects will be resolved by providing corrected content or issuing a refund at our discretion.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed workbooks or materials are available for purchase.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the purchaser. Delivery times may vary.

4.2 Refund and Return Policy for Physical Goods

If items arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense. Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt of returned goods. Custom or made-to-order materials are not eligible for return or refund.
